1: Introduction. 

By accessing Dogosaur website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms and conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations and agree, that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.If you do not agree with any of these terms , you are prohibited from using or accessing the Dogosaur website. 

2: Terms and conditions

The following is a guide of terms and conditions, to help you, customer and Dogosaur, our business, for any future problems or issues that may arise. This is to help support you, the customer and us as Dogosaur

2:1 Information of accuracy 

All data, specifications, products, descriptions, information and prices of products on www.dogosaur.co.uk, is kept up to date to the best of our ability. Dogosaur does our best to ensure that all information is complete and accurate however, as we are only human, information on the website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete and out of date. Also,Dogosaur does not guarantee the exact colour of our products when you use this website, due to the dependency of what computer you are using when you view our website.

2:2 Terms of Sale

All products can be purchased safely through PayPal or Stripe at checkout.

However, the timeline for refunds is in their Terms and Conditions and can take a few days or more to process. This is something that Dogosaur is not responsible for.

2:3 Cancellations + Returns. 

Dogosaur uses Evri to deliver your purchases. A return print off will be included in your parcel for if there is a problem with your order after delivery

All customers have the right to cancel their online order until 14 DAYS after they receive their goods.

(The consumer contracts Regulations 2013)

They also have the right to a full refund within 14 days, after their purchase has been received back at Dogosaur.

If the customer has decided they no longer need the product and simply want to send it back, the price of the parcel is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is faulty or becomes faulty, the price of the parcel would be payable to Dogosaur. The first step of reporting a faulty or damaged item is to send a detailed email, including photographs of the fault or damage to start the process of a refund.

If applicable, the customer would be offered a replacement or a full refund

2:4 Delivery 

Dogosaur does its best to send all deliveries using EVRI next day service for all orders over £50.

All orders below £50 have a £5.99 delivery fee.

All deliveries times are an estimate and so not guaranteed within the delivery timeline.

At times, EVRI may experience delays snd this is out of Dogosaurs control

2:5 Use of Goods. 

FLUFF AND TUFF 

Fluff and Tuff toys are made out of high-quality fabrics to be more durable, but they are still a plush toy and so not indestructible as they are a PLAY toy, not a chew toy. We cannot emphasise that enough – “not a chew toy”!

A lot depends on the individual behaviour of the dog and how they play and treat plush toys in general.

As such, Fluff and Tuff and Dogosaur do not guarantee these toys against chewing and destructive behaviour.

Dogosaur advises that you always supervise your dog's playtime. So, if your dog gets tired of tugging with Hendrix the Fox and decides his tail would make a nice snack, please take him away and give your dog something a little sturdier to chew on. 

However, Fluff and Tuff and Dogosaur do guarantee these toys against manufacturing default.

Dogosaur sells Fluff and Tuff plush dog toys because through extensive research and trial and error with many other plush dog toys, Fluff and Tuff were found to be the most durable, toughest and most importantly, SAFEST dog toys out there for all breeds and sizes of dogs.

As a result, Dogosaur will only stock this brand of plush dog toys.

Prior to placing an order, the Customer should ensure that their dog does not suffer from any allergies, or have any special dietary requirements, that would make these products unsuitable.

Please seek the advice of your veterinarian, prior to ordering any of these treats so that you know if they are suitable.

Dogosaur cannot accept any liability for the consequences of any allergic reaction to these products.

Please Note: All dogs should have fresh drinking water available at all times, especially when eating any type of food including treats.

2:6 Discount Codes

All discount codes are intended to be used once per customer. Discount codes cannot be used with any other promotional offer that may run on the website.
